Hypocrites and fools

Mat 7: 4_5 Or how will you say to your brother: Let me remove the straw from your eye? and lo and behold, is there a beam in your own eye?

Hypocrite, first remove the beam from your own eye; and then you will see well to remove the straw from your brother’s eye.

HYPOCRITE.

1. Someone who pretends to be what he is not; one who has the appearance of godliness without power, or who assumes an appearance of godliness and virtue, when devoid of true religion.

To pretend; one that assumes a false appearance.

And the hope of the hypocrite will perish. Work 8.

In today’s world, we see many who profess godliness but are not known to God. Those who have a form of religion but deny the power that is in it. There are forms only in appearance, occasional church goers and those who profess Christ but are not saved in any way. Many follow the fads and persuasive power of false doctrine and false teaching. Go after teachers who will only teach you what you want to hear.

A hypocrite will unjustly judge others, using his own appearance of godliness, which according to the Scriptures, is like filthy rags. They try to tell others what not to do, but they themselves are immune to their own advice. This is mentioned in the scriptures. They are presented with fine cloth, they boast of their knowledge of the Scriptures but have no knowledge of the meaning of what they have read.

Because the Bible tells us that the Scriptures are spiritually despised. Only through the guidance of the Holy Spirit can a Christian learn the hidden mysteries of Heavan’s kingdom or the true meaning of Scripture. In other words, you must be saved.

Rom 2: 21-23 You, then, who teach another, do you not teach yourself? You who preach that man should not steal, do you steal?

You who say that a man should not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who hate idols, do you commit sacrilege? You who boast in the law, by breaking the law, do you dishonor God?

Along with these sins, we must add fornication. Because many hypocrites will commit it by having a sexual relationship with someone other than their spirit. Show up at a church and declare they are from God. Because they do not know the Lord nor are they known to Him.

God is direct in His words. He says that no man will have an excuse when it comes to judgment. What we sow, we will reap. Everything we say, think and do in this life will come out in the next. They will say and do everything they can to justify their actions and express their pity to others.

What does it mean to be fired from the true religion? James 1:27 Pure and undefiled religion before God the Father is this: Visit the orphans and widows in their tribulations, and keep oneself unspotted from the world.

Religion, unlike theology, is piety or real piety in practice, consisting in the performance of all known duties towards God and our fellow men, in obedience to the divine command, or out of love for God and his law. Webster.

There are many religions on this earth today, all religions have one thing in common, a doctrine. Atheism is a religion because it has a doctrine, along with all other false religions.

Mat_5: 22 But I say to you, that whoever is angry with his brother without cause, will be in danger of judgment; and whoever tells his brother Raca, will be in danger of the council; but whoever says: Fool, you will be in danger of hellfire.

Luke_12: 20 But God said to him: Fool, tonight your soul will be demanded of you; So whose things will you have provided?

Fool. He to whom reason or common powers of understanding are discarded; an idiot.

In common parlance, a person who is somewhat deficient in intellect, but not an idiot; or a person who acts absurdly; who does not exercise his reason; one who follows a course contrary to the dictates of wisdom.

The LORD said to the children of Israel: Come now, and let us reason together, says the LORD. Though your sins are as scarlet, they will be white as snow; Even if they are red like crimson, they will be like wool.

A fool does not reason with the truth. It will hide behind society and its definition of right and wrong. Ignoring the truth of the Scriptures, accepting every wind and doctrine produced by the unjust. The fool will not adhere to sound doctrine or seek the Lord’s counsel.

Rom 1: 28-29 And although they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them up to a reprobate mind, to do the wrong things; Full of all injustice, fornication, iniquity, greed, malice; full of envy, murder, debate, deception, evil; whisperers.

Can these people be saved? The answer is yes. They must turn from their evil ways, accept Jesus as the Son of God, and repent of their sins. What can we do to help them? Pray that the Lord will open their eyes. His eyes darken. Many say that the window of the soul is through the eyes. It is the mind that Satan wants to control.
