Explanation of the tightening technique

If you are trying to prevent premature ejaculation, you most likely need a set of reliable techniques that can help you along the way.

One of those techniques that I have come across over the years is the compression technique and below I will explain what it is and how I use it. Then I’ll discuss the advantages and disadvantages, and an alternative to the squeeze technique.

1) The technique itself

The technique itself is quite simple and easy to follow. Thus, when you feel that you are reaching that point of no return, gently withdraw from your partner until you are completely out of the vagina. When you’re out of the vagina, just take her hand and gently squeeze the head of your penis until the urge to ejaculate goes down. Take the time you want and when you are ready, just put your penis in the vagina and start making love.

2) The benefits

The great advantage of this technique is that you can use it as many times as you want during sex and it is very simple and easy to do. This was a real life saver for me in the early days.

3) The drawbacks

The main drawback I found using this technique was that it broke up the sexual act, as I had to take the time to get away from my partner and then compose myself before going back in.

I also found that my erection softened when I tried the technique, and it took me a minute or two to get hard enough to reattach.

4) A smart alternative

If you find that the cons outweigh the pros when it comes to the tightening technique, this little technique may work best for you.

What you can do is, instead of trying to pull out and squeeze the head of your penis, push yourself further into the vagina and it will move to a larger space on the cervix where the penis will be less stimulated. Stop whatever you’re pushing and give yourself a minute or two until the urge to ejaculate subsides. This can be a really effective alternative to squeezing.
