The destruction of an American family

DAD, WHY DON’T YOU LOVE ME MORE?

The true story of the Crowton family

Citizens of the United States who are naïve to the ways of the Child Protection System and the courts, or perhaps not wealthy or not connected, may inadvertently be subjected to a nightmare. Many entities benefit from the moment a child enters the system for the first time.

What are some of the techniques of CPS

Every day across the United States, citizens of the United States go online and ask if there might be child molesters and other types of sex offenders living somewhere in their neighborhood. However, the state of Michigan has ensured that the children of David and Hege Crowton live with one.

After taking David & Hege’s children with a false petition and keeping them away because he admitted that he needed help with drug use and because the state did not provide them with the necessary services to get their children back, the state of Michigan refused to remove its children (including its 5-year-old daughter) from a home where the children would live with a child molester. The biological son of the adoptive parents assigned to the Crowton children was convicted of criminal sexual conduct (multiple of the second degree) for doing something very sick to an innocent 5-year-old girl. Sources say that the host family had gone to court to acquire the “rights of grandparents” and force a visit from their granddaughter. They were granted on the condition that the child was under supervision.

According to police reports (which are public information available through the Livingston County Courthouse), at least one visit resulted in the 15-year-old biological son of the adoptive parents inviting the 5-year-old to his room. There, he got away with it while his parents and David’s children were in another room. For one reason or another, the state of Michigan does not believe that he touched David’s children.

Apparently they are also putting a lot of emphasis on the idea that he never will.

Surprisingly, the state of Michigan believes that the same child molester who sexually abused a 5-year-old girl who visited the home never once touched the 5-year-old girl he lived with and cared for on numerous occasions: the daughter. from David. They believe this despite the fact that a police report shows a “similar complaint” about sexual abuse from David’s 5-year-old daughter. They have chosen to rely on “forensic interviews” conducted by strangers (rather than someone the child would trust) to determine that he had not abused her.

Note: A study of 630 cases of suspected sexual abuse of children from 1985 to 1989: Using a subset of 116 confirmed cases, the findings indicated that 79 percent of the children in the study initially denied the abuse or attempted to disclose it. Of those who did reveal, roughly three-quarters accidentally revealed it.

After the sexual abuse, sources say that the host family’s “grandparent rights” ended. It seems quite strange that the state of Michigan ends the rights of the grandparents of this foster family in part because they did not protect this girl, but then they approved the placement of David’s children in this same home.

The Ombudsman, a state-designated office created to oversee the state’s Child Protective Services, reviewed this case and subsequently recommended a policy change that prohibits this from happening in the future. [ Read report ].

Despite all this, steps are now being taken for this foster family to adopt these children. They refused to grant adoption to the Norwegian grandparents of the children who are available and waiting with open arms to adopt them. Adoption to the foster family is VERY close to completion. Their fate will ultimately be decided by the same judge who allowed the placement of these children in this foster home, Judge Elizabeth Pezzetti. Pezzetti was recently re-elected as a Probate Court Judge in Oakland County.

State Representative Tim Pope, who served on the Oklahoma State Health and Human Services Committee and has extensive experience dealing with Child Protective Service laws, has researched and reviewed the entire file. Found that Michigan State Child Protective Services (FIA) have violated state and federal laws. Click here to read one of the letters he wrote asking for help from a Michigan state representative. The following is a statement by Tim Pope on this case:

“I have gotten to know David and Hege Crowton quite well and I am convinced that the Child Welfare Agency has treated them very badly (that title is a real joke). David and Hege have had their rights violated repeatedly and I hope that justice can somehow prevail and that they can fix things. Unfortunately, to hold these types of people accountable for their actions, you have to take them to court and that takes a lot of money, money they don’t have. Oklahoma Department of Human Services committee in our State House and I can promise you that if something like this happened here, heads would roll and the people who perpetrated this crime on behalf of the state would probably be put in jail. “

This is a STRANGE and must be stopped!
